Men whose urine contains a high concentration of a molecule called sarcosine appear to be more likely to have advanced prostat e cancer, according to a study from University of Michigan researchers. While the finding is preliminary, the discovery could eventually lead to the development of a better tool for monitoring and treating prostate cancer.
